Kelly Hoffman Counsel

Kelly Hoffman is an accomplished employment attorney with over a decade of experience providing expert legal counsel to a diverse range of clients, including small businesses, start-ups, and multinational corporations. Throughout her career, Kelly has been dedicated to helping companies navigate the complexities of employment law, mitigate risks, and foster healthy workplace cultures.

Kelly’s expertise includes ensuring employers remain compliant with constantly-evolving employment laws, creating and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and workplace policies, conducting workplace investigations and audits, leading anti-discrimination and mandatory training sessions, responding to demand letters, and representing clients in administrative proceedings and employment litigation.

Kelly received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2008. Prior to law school, Kelly earned a PhD from Princeton University in Sociology with a focus on U.S.-Latin American relations in 2005, and a B.A. in Sociology from Harvard University in 1999.

Kelly is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
