Current Opportunities
Commercial Litigation Attorney Positions (Part Time, Flex-Time, Full-Time):
Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in New York.Other jurisdictions a plus.
- 7+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably at a large law firm or litigation boutique
- Excellent communication (oral and writing) and legal research skills
- JD from an accredited law school
- Experience with electronic document discovery negotiation/collection/review/production, and preparation for and/or conduct of depositions strongly preferred
The annualized, full-time salary for this position is $100,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation is dependent upon, and will be adjusted based upon, a variety of factors including, without limitation, the attorney’s experience, portable clients, education, licensure, market demands, agreed upon schedule (i.e., part-time, flexible time, full-time) and other job-related factors as permitted by law. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at the top salary range for a posted position. We believe that the salary range noted above is a reasonable estimate and subject to the aforementioned factors. Attorneys will be eligible to participate in bonus compensation based on extraordinary contributions and overall firm performance.
Corporate Attorney Positions (Part Time, Flex-Time, Full-Time):
Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in New York.Other jurisdictions a plus.
- 3+ years of corporate transactional experience
- Excellent communication (oral and writing) skills
- JD from an accredited law school
- Experience with corporate transactions, private securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
The annualized, full-time salary for this position is $100,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation is dependent upon, and will be adjusted based upon, a variety of factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s experience, portable clients, education, licensure, market demands, agreed upon schedule (i.e., part-time, flexible time, full-time) and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
