Allison Eisenson has more than a decade of litigation and trial experience handling complex commercial disputes and high-stakes employment matters in state and federal courts, as well as private arbitration and mediation. Her broad practice includes contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, M&A-related litigation, and breach of fiduciary duty and corporate governance matters. Allison’s clients have included individuals, technology companies, life sciences companies, venture capital firms, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Before joining CWD, Allison spent five years as a Senior Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in New York, where she focused on complex business and commercial disputes. Earlier, she was a litigation associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York.
